Three persons — a farmer in Koppal, a helper in a Hassan brewery and a domestic help in Bengaluru — committed suicide unable to bear the thought of being called thieves. On Friday, at Viveknagar in Bengaluru, G Thangamani, 48, set herself ablaze at her Ejipura residence after a woman she worked for accused her of stealing a gold bracelet.
