The Enforcement Directorate, which has been pleading for custodial interrogation of Vadra in various money laundering cases, opposed his plea. Appearing for ED, solicitor general Tushar Mehta told the court that if allowed to fly abroad, Vadra might not return. Special judge Arvind Kumar has fixed June 3 to pass the order on Vadra’s plea.
