A J&K police personnel was arrested on Wednesday after his rifle went off “accidentally” at a check-post in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, resulting in the death of a civilian. Additional DGP, Kashmir zone, Vijay Kumar said a case had been registered against the policeman and further investigation was on.
