India on Tuesday kicked off a massive naval combat exercise with warships, submarines, fighter jets, maritime patrol aircraft and helicopters to test operational preparedness in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR), amid the growing collusiveness between China and Pakistan in the maritime domain.
