ORS (oral rehydration solution) pioneer Dilip Mahalanabis will receive the Padma Vibhushan (posthumous) in the field of Medicine (Pediatrics), the Centre announced on Wednesday. A total of 25 other personalities across various walks of life will be awarded the Padma Shri.
