J&K BJP on Tuesday termed the annual Budget of the Union Territory, presented by finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, futuristic and development-oriented, even as main opposition party National Conference (NC) maintained that the Budget-2023-24 has disappointed the people of the UT as it has nothing new for them.
